What if I have a dispute with someone I paid with Digital Debit?


Please log in to your PayPal account and find the transaction in your Invoice Manager. Contact the seller directly to resolve your dispute.




What should I do if I have a question about my fee invoice?


Fee invoices are generated automatically on a monthly basis. You fee invoice will have an itemized list of qualifying PayPal Invoice IDs for which the fee charged is qualified. If you have a question about your fee invoice, please email business@digitaldebit.com with a copy of your fee invoice and an export of your full 30 day Invoice records from PayPal.




INR and MYR won't allow me to switch and use, why?


Some currencies like INR and MYR can only be used with native accounts from those regions and does not allow external account regions to use them.




I received a payment so why can't I access my funds in PayPal?

I can't make payments, what do I need to do?

I saved a photo and can't find it in the app, what do I do?


In iOS, we suggest using the Chrome browser (not Safari) to save photos from the web for app access.
